How does the ordering process work?
Choose a service, fill in your requirements step by step (pages, content, colours, features, domain & hosting preference), review your complete quotation and pay a small advance securely online with Razorpay. Our team then reviews everything and starts work.
How much do I pay upfront?
You pay an advance online to confirm your order. It is adjusted against your project total, and the balance is paid before your website goes live.
Are the prices final?
Prices shown are starting prices. Your quotation is calculated automatically from the pages and features you select. If your requirements need extra work after review, we discuss it with you before proceeding.
How much does an additional page cost?
Each page beyond those included in your package is charged at the per-page rate shown in the order form.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain registration and hosting are not included in the website development package. You can buy them yourself (e.g. from Hostinger) or ask us to arrange them - third-party charges then apply and are confirmed with you before purchase.
What if I do not have all my content ready?
Use "Skip for Now" on any page. You can share the content later and we will mark it as pending.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your Order ID and the email or phone number you registered with.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included during the preview stage.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Every package includes 1 year of free support from the date your project is delivered.
